Luxury Real Estate Marketing
Building trusted brands that attract high-value buyers, sellers, developers and opportunities.
The opportunity
Over four years, I partnered with luxury brokerages, top-producing agents and internationally recognized real estate personalities across Canada, the United States, the Cayman Islands and the United Kingdom, developing marketing that elevated brand identity, grew visibility and positioned each client as a trusted authority in fiercely competitive markets.

The challenge
Luxury real estate runs on trust. My clients weren't simply selling homes, they were building businesses: attracting listings, competing for high-net-worth clients and establishing themselves as market leaders.
Each one needed a distinct strategy that reflected their expertise, audience and positioning, while holding a premium, instantly recognizable brand presence. And for much of this period, I was running up to ten of those strategies at the same time, before narrowing to a smaller portfolio of larger, higher-profile clients.
My approach
I owned the end-to-end marketing strategy for each brand, adapting it to the client's unique audience, market and business goals.
01Building premium brands
Rather than treating social as a listing feed, I built content strategies that balanced market expertise, lifestyle storytelling, community involvement and education, positioning each client as a trusted authority.
02Content that performed
I led the creative process from planning through post-production: directing capture, developing shot lists, collaborating with photographers and videographers, writing every caption, sequencing short-form video, selecting music and optimizing for each platform.
03Managing communities
Beyond publishing, I actively managed communities, joined conversations and warmed prospective leads through thoughtful engagement that supported both buyer and seller acquisition.
04Driving measurable growth
Every strategy was guided by analytics and refined through monthly reporting, so content, messaging and campaign performance kept improving over time.
The results
Across the portfolio, the work moved the numbers that matter, audience, authority and inbound business.
Accounts built from zero
Beyond the follower counts, the strategy generated listing inquiries, buyer inquiries, direct messages and website traffic, and raised awareness among developers and industry stakeholders in ways that opened new business.
It also helped position clients for speaking engagements and wider industry visibility, and, during periods of organizational transition, consistent branding and a strong digital presence helped support brokerage growth, across luxury waterfront properties, presale developments, personal brands and international buyers.
More than content.
Managing luxury real estate marketing required more than creating content. It meant aligning multiple stakeholders, balancing competing business priorities, maintaining consistent brand standards, and delivering campaigns that supported both brokerage growth and individual agent success.
Premium brands, built to earn trust.
Ten brands, four countries, one standard: marketing that made luxury real estate clients look like the market leaders they were working to become.
