Case Study
Bravo Luxury Retreats
From zero audience to $250K+ in social-driven rental income, in a single year.
The opportunity
Bravo Luxury Retreats was a new luxury-rental brand with a beautiful product and no audience to sell it to. No followers, no social presence, and a business that lives or dies on bookings.
The opportunity was straightforward and steep: build an audience from scratch and turn social discovery into real reservations, not just reach and vanity numbers, but people who found the properties on social and actually booked.
What I ran
I built and ran Bravo's social presence end to end, from the content that made people want to stay there, to the community work that turned interest into inquiries.
01Content direction & production
Directed high-end property and lifestyle content that sold the feeling of the stay, the light, the views, the escape, not just the square footage.
02Influencer activations
Partnered with the right creators to put the properties in front of qualified, travel-ready audiences, borrowing their trust to accelerate discovery.
03Post-production
Managed the edit end to end, so every reel and post was polished, on-brand and native to the platform it lived on.
04Community management
Fielded the comments and DMs where discovery quietly becomes a booking, answering questions, building rapport, and turning attention into inquiries.
The results
From a standing start, in one year:
For a rental business, that last number is the one that matters. Not reach for its own sake, revenue, traced back to people who found the properties on social and booked a stay.
Social as a booking engine.
This wasn't a billboard. Content created the discovery, influencer partnerships accelerated it, and community management turned interest into inquiries, and the properties did the rest. Built from zero, social became the brand's most productive sales channel in its first year.
From no audience to a discovery-to-booking pipeline.
A new brand, launched into an audience it built itself, with the revenue to prove the audience was real.
